Every person has heard the word “stress” and we all “know it’s bad”.
Not really. Most of us have really just received hearsay.

So all of those deadlines and demands aren’t a problem. You’re not likely to be at optimal performance laying on a beach somewhere (although it might provide a nice break). Most of us need a reason to be alive above and beyond holding down a hammock. And with that purpose come demands and levels of stress. Knowing that not all stress is bad will help you navigate the top of that bell curve and keep you from the bottom of it!
