Life Change Tracking Journal

I like to make sure that people are able to identify the source of changes in their life.  Whether those changes are good or bad, knowing what provoked them is a huge help.  Tracking logs keep all of that minutiae for us–because there is simply no way to keep it all in our heads.  We think we’ll remember, but we don’t.

One day, a client started a new supplement and insisted it made her sick.  But a review of her logs showed us that in fact, she started showing symptoms of illness two hours before she took the supplement.  I have MANY such stories.  Tracking logs are an OBJECTIVE accounting of what happened.  It’s particularly useful when you need medical assistance for complicated problems, or you need assistance in understanding your health situation.

This is the tracking log I use with my clients.  Read the first page for further instructions in detail on how to use this log for your best results.
