early breakfast: organic pineapple chunks (Mike and I ate the rest of them last night for late munchies)breakfast: plain eggs scrambled with some spicessnack: organic red bartlett pearlunch: skirt steak fried with corn on the cob. Apparently, whole corn isn't an issue. Still testing this. Mike and I also had salad (greens, EVOO, white vinegar & salt).
