Breakfast

Insasmuch as we eat eggs DAILY for the most, it's not the only option for breakfast.There's eggs, of course (and our cholesterol is actually really good despite a family predisposition to it--read Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon to understand this phenomenon!)Pancakes, waffles, and muffins made from an allergenic mix. Desserts

We're not a "dessert every night" family. For one, to me: dessert=sweets. For another, allergenically this is a costly thing. And since too much sweets really isn't a good thing... it works. But here's what we do for desserts:Much like snacks, ANY fruit=dessert. Snacks

In the interest of getting back on track with our food, I went food shopping tonight. Specifically for "snacks". Since we eat snacks 2-4 times/day, they're a major portion of our diet. early breakfast: cereal barbreakfast: We went out to the local bagel shop that reopened. They made Matthew scrambled eggs on a dry grill with no milk added... SCORE! He also was able to have orange juice. Mike and I were really bad. I have no idea what was on his sandwich (it was called the "What Are You Kidding Me, Or What?" and he recalls that it had eggs, cheese, bacon, sausage and possibly pork roll on a Sun-dried tomato.
