early breakfast: organic banana

breakfast: eggs with canned organic peas

snack: organic pear wedges

lunch: Nature’s Promise hot dog with canned organic green beans

snack: potato chips with garlic hummus, freeze dried strawberries, and organic apple wedges

dinner: lamb chops fried in EVOO with fresh organic broccoli (steamed) and Alexia potato wedges

planned dessert: hot cocoa made with coconut milk (I have to look to see the brand of cocoa, but it’s safe and has no dried milk in it)
