EARLY snack (last night was St. Nicholas eve–so he was up at the crack of dawn to see what was left in his shoe): 2 triple chocolate meringues and 1 macaroon (both totally safe)

breakfast: eggs with Taylor ham (although his belly hurt… wonder why *eyeroll*)

snack: chocolate yogurt (coconut-milk based)

lunch: leftover chicken thighs cooked in EVOO with canned organic green beans

snack: (can’t remember… maybe nothing?)

dinner: potstickers from the freezer (will check the brand later–they were safe minus the gluten in the dough) and canned organic peas
