It’s been chaos. I’m panicking because I’m moving the pod to another coordinator… so bye-bye discounted food. šŸ™ We were supposed to relocate to IL but that’s been pushed back about 5 months–so I’m kind of sorry I’m moving the group now. But that’s why I haven’t posted: I thought we were listing the house and had to PURGE and stage it. Geesh!

So, today…

early breakfast: Matthew had GF pancakes with shredded apple in them and a leftover spear of non-organic watermelon

breakfast: we all had “eggs in a hat/house” (name under hot debate in our home). It’s a piece of bread (not GF today–but Nature’s Promise Oat & Honey which has no soy or corn) with a hole cut in the center (a glass turned upside down and pressed into the bread) and then the bread is put in a frying pan and an egg is cracked into the opening and cooked that way (flipping it is actually easy).

snack: organic yellow grape tomatoes

lunch: PB&J with Bonne Maman strawberry jelly for Mike & I and homemade organic Concord grape jelly for Matthew… his favorite.

snack: organic pear slices

snack: potato chips and hummus

dinner: hotdog pieces with pork & beans (I think it was organic–canned from Whole Foods, I know that) and steamed organic string beans
