breakfast: eggs with peas
snack: rice crackers
lunch: PB&J (we were on the run & it was portable)
snack: organic apple wedges
dinner: pork loin (I’m so trying to get away from pork altogether, but that means finishing what we have) pot roasted in apples, potatoes and onions with a side of canned organic green beans.
dessert: Matthew got 1 Lindt Dark Chocolate (black wrapper) truffle which was–shockingly–safe. 🙂
