snack: organic yellow grape tomatoes
lunch: leftover chicken fingers cooked in lemon juice & capers with steamed organic green beans (need to use these up!)
snack: organic red seedless grapes that I totally forgot about
another snack: Yummi Earth gummi bears for Matthew at a friends house. He was IN. HIS. GLORY. and I could kiss them for introducing them to me so that Matthew can have “candy like other kids” once in a while. 🙁 Of course, our dentist will be less than thrilled. :O
dinner: leftover sliced roast beef from Mike’s company dinner last night (they sent home a LOT) with some more steamed green beans. I was very lazy tonight.
